I was started my works today at Marditech Corporations Sdn. Bhd. as Business and Finance Analyst. Before I received my task and do my works, I was given a briefing about Marditech; their missions, visions, history of Marditech and some of information about the others departments such as Human Resources, Accounting, Business and Management. After finished the briefing, I was received my first task: "The Commercialization of Banana Flour". For today, I discus and construct the business plan with my manager and assistant manager.

Today, I do a research about the banana flour market and what obstacle that need to encounter and how to solve its. I do a research at Mardi library and search at the internet to know more about the banana flour market opportunities.
8 December 2011 (Thursday)
Today, my team received a new task that we need to do, the courses for "The Method of Flowering" at Majlis Perbandaran Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This courses are the associations by Mardi and Majlis Perbandaran Seremban and started on 13 December 2011. When we received this task, we discus together and divide the task to each members. The task that I need to do is to find out the people who can give the talk for that day and called the Majlis Perbandaran Seremban to do a confirmations place for the courses. For today, I just do a confirmations place with the Majlis Perbandaran Seremban and give the details about the tentative programs.
9 December 2011 (Friday)
Today, I do a invitations letter for the people who will give a talk at the programs. The people who will give the talk at that days is Mr. Abdul Kahar Bin Sandrang. Mr. Abdul Kahar are the people who give a talk for the method of flowering. I discuss with him about the programs and give him the tentative programs at Majlis Perbandaran Seremban.

13 December 2011 (Tuesday)
Today, I came earlier at Marditech office on 7.30a.m.. After I arrived at Marditech office, I and my crew go to the Majlis Perbandaran Seremban at Negeri Sembilan to prepare the place for the programs of "The Method of Flowering" before the audience came. Our participants are from the others state starting from Majlis Perbandaran Johor until Majlis Perbandran Kedah. The programs started from 8.30a.m until 4.00p.m..
14 December 2011 (Wednesday)
Today, I continue to do my research business plan for banana flour. After I finish to collect data and informations from Marditech library and internet, I compile all the information in my business plans. Many informations that I get and the problems that banana flour need to encounter before can penetrate international markets. The big problems that happen for banana flour is, its still news and people not easily to trust for their daily usage. So, I suggest in my report to do advertisements and show to them that this banana flour can produce the products like as the others flour.
15 December 2011 (Thursday)
Today, I prepare my paper works at this morning to presents my business plans to my boss, Mr. Faizal. At 2.00 p.m. , I presents my business plan to Mr. Faizal about the banana flour, the problems and how to solve its according by my opinions. Mr. Faizal agree with my points, and he add the some of information in my business plans. He told me to do a corrections on my reports and submit the report at this Friday.
16 December 2011 (Friday)
Today, I do a corrections for my business plan and add the new informations that I got from the Mr. Faizals. After finish the corrections I print out the documents and compile the business plan and submit to Mr. Faizals. Before I prints out the documents, I don't know how to use the photostats machine. Miss Ain teach me how to use its and the others function of the photostats machine. This photostats machine not only can do a photostats job, but can do to scanning, printing, and faxing.

I got a new projects to do, "Commercializations of Kenaf Woods". I do a research at Mardi library and Internets.
21 & 22 December 2011 (Wednesday & Thursday)
I prepared a papers work for "Commercializations of Kenaf Woods". I attached all the documents that I finds since I do a research.
23 December 2011 (Friday)
I presents my paper works to my managers, many things we discuss especially the market opportunities for Kenaf Wood. I do a corrections on my papers works.

I presents what I learned since I at Factory to my boss. He wants me to attached all the information about the Kenaf Woods in my project papers.
